What is PackMule TMS?
PackMule TMS is the company building four trucking software products for different roles: Company Driver, Leased Operator, Owner Operator and Fleet.
Which product fits my work?
Company Driver is for employee drivers. Leased Operator is for owner-operators leased to a carrier. Owner Operator is for operators and small businesses under their own authority. Fleet is for growing carriers. These are different ways of working, not required upgrades.
What can I use now?
PACKMULE OWNER OPERATOR is beta testing coming soon. The other three products are in development. Joining the beta-interest list is separate from access to testing, and no public launch date is confirmed.
How do I join the beta-interest list?
When registration opens, enter your email, choose iPhone or Android, and agree to beta-contact emails on the Beta List page. No app account, password or payment information is required. A testing spot is not guaranteed.

Device preference helps plan testing and contact people when relevant opportunities are available. Both iPhone and Android interest are welcome; the platform builds may be ready at different times.
What is the planned price?
PACKMULE OWNER OPERATOR: $39.99 USD / month per business/account, including up to three trucks; $9.99 USD / month for each additional truck. The base price is per business/account, not per truck. PACKMULE COMPANY DRIVER: Pricing to be announced. PACKMULE LEASED OPERATOR: Pricing to be announced. PACKMULE FLEET: Pricing to be announced. These are planned public-launch terms; subscriptions are not available to purchase.
Will it work on my device?
A native iPhone app is in active development and private testing. Public supported-device details and other-platform availability will be confirmed later.
Can a rate confirmation fill in a load?
Assisted entry is in testing. Upload a rate confirmation (rate con), review the suggested details, correct anything needed and save the load. Manual entry remains available; every document still needs review.
Does it make a complete billing packet?
The development app can generate an invoice PDF with selected attached rate confirmation and proof of delivery (POD). If either document is missing or not selected, the packet is incomplete. This workflow is still being tested.

The app opens the device share flow for the invoice PDF. You manually mark an invoice sent and record payments received. Opening a share flow does not prove delivery, and PackMule does not collect customer payments or track opens.
How reliable are GPS miles and document reading?
Both are in testing. You start tracking and grant phone permissions; missing or uncertain mileage can require review. Document suggestions also need review. We do not guarantee background accuracy or IFTA compliance.
Can I log in to an online account?
Online account access is coming soon. The Log In page has no credential form and does not create an account.
