Assisted entry in testingUpload your rate confirmation (rate con) and let PackMule help fill in the load details. Review what was read, correct anything needed, and save the load. Manual entry remains available when a document cannot be read.
Why it helps: Less manual entry and a clearer starting point for each load.

Start your trip. Track your miles.
GPS mileage in testingStart the trip before driving to pickup and grant the phone permissions needed for GPS. PackMule records empty (deadhead) and loaded travel tied to the load. Gaps or uncertain readings may need your review; background and locked-screen reliability are still being tested.
Why it helps: See the travel behind a load, beyond its loaded miles.

Deliver. Keep paperwork and expenses together.
Add your proof of delivery (POD), keep the load’s documents and expenses together, and record general costs of running your business.
Why it helps: Less searching for paperwork and a clearer record of spending.

Build the billing packet. Share and track it.
Workflow in testingCreate an invoice PDF that includes your selected rate confirmation and POD when those documents are attached. Use your device’s share flow to send the PDF to a broker or customer. You can manually mark the invoice sent and record payments received; PackMule does not verify delivery or collect the payment.
Why it helps: Invoice, rate confirmation and POD together, with a record of what still needs attention.

Review revenue, recorded load and general business expenses, unpaid balances, and mileage-based results. These figures reflect the information entered and reviewed in PackMule.
Why it helps: Useful context for business decisions, not just completed loads.
Beyond the load
Keep the whole operation in view.
Keep truck records, fuel entries and recorded MPG, plus maintenance records and reminders. Unassigned Trips help document truck movement not tied to a load. These records support day-to-day decisions; they are not a tax return or an IFTA certification.
