What the form asks for

If beta-interest collection is enabled and you submit the form, we receive your email address, your iPhone or Android preference, and your agreement to receive emails about PackMule Owner Operator beta testing and availability. We add the submission time and a request reference. We do not ask for a password or payment information.

How it is used

We use this information to consider upcoming testing opportunities and contact you about Owner Operator beta testing and availability for your device. Joining the list does not create an account or guarantee a testing place. We do not use this consent for an unrelated newsletter.

Where it goes

DigitalOcean processes the form request in a separate Function. The Function sends a notification through Resend to PackMule’s Google Workspace mailbox. The mailbox email is our signup record; we do not maintain a separate beta signup database. Resend processes and retains email content and delivery records under its retention settings. DigitalOcean and Google Workspace may also keep normal technical, security and operational records. We do not promise that information is never stored by those providers or instantly removed from backups.

Requests and removal

If you want your beta-interest email removed or you no longer want beta-contact messages, email [email protected]. We will look for the notification in the PackMule mailbox, stop using it for beta outreach, and delete applicable mailbox messages and sent copies. We will use Resend’s removal process for retained notification content where needed. Provider retention and backup behavior can affect when copies are removed. We will not quietly add the address back to a new list.

Website basics

Normal hosting requests may produce technical records such as IP address, browser details and timestamps for security and operations. The beta form does not place your submission in a URL, analytics event, separate file or browser storage.
